I followed Dr. Scott Connelly's Body Rx:6 Pack Ab Prescription for 4 months out of the 6, down to the detail. I was completely committed to following every last poorly written detail because I wanted to reach perfection. I did not get healthier or in better shape. I most definitely got farther away from perfection. This program is extremely time consuming and is a lifestyle. The program that fraudulently boasts 6 Pack Abs actually made me lose muscle mass and gave me kidney problems. What a 6 Pack Scam!
