This enterprise is a ripoff. I purchased the silver membership and paid the entire fee. I can;t travel when I want to. The customer service is non-existent. The hotels are are dumps. I rate them 1 star. You cannot roll over points and they want you to pay a 'maintenance fee' for 30 years which is not disclosed during he sales presentation. The maintenance fee increases each year. What a sleazy company !!! Unfortunately consumer protections offered in the USA do not apply since the sleazy company makes of its sales in Mexico. Do NOT buy into this mess. read full review »
