I canceled a membership several weeks ago and was told I would no longer be charged. I spoke to several customer sercie reps who cannot read or write. They charged my bank card 7.95 and when I asked for a refund, they told me they could not find my card in the system, even though it was posted to my bank account. No one in customer service was able to find my card, and told me someone might be using it to use Freecreditreport.com. I told them, what idiot would use someone else's card to do that?
