I have noticed that the manager of the store is never there. It is always the assistant and the third key working. I asked an employee about this one time and the informed me that the manger is supposed to be there 40 hrs a weeks because she gets paid salary, that she puts herself on the schedule and never works those hours in fact there are times when she doesnt come in at all.
