Our loan became late, my husband called when he received the notice & made arrangments to pay what was due immediately and when we receieved the next months statement for payment, the same charge's we had previously paid were back on this statement. There was also a break down of how the payment was used in this statement that showed the monthly payments posted & an additional fee for what they call pre forclosure work...bullsh*t!
