I placed a order pair for sneakers on January 14th, which I never recieved. I immediately got a confirmation email sent to my email. After days of not hearing from Freestyle regarding my order, I called 877-851-2995, and emailed [email protected], and [email protected] numerous times, for the status of my order, and heard from NO ONE. Everytime I called I got a voicemail, which I left correspondance on. I was never given a UPS tracking number.
