I am almost positive the Statue of Limitations has expired by many years on a judgment [ credit card ] that this collection agency is intensely perusing via telephone and mail. The last activity on this account has been well over 10 years and I believe the statute time in NJ is 6 years. I am caring for two ill parents [ my mother is fighting terminal cancer ] in their home for many years.I have not been employed for 3 years and own nothing of value.
