Never do business with Inhouse Warranty! I was with them from 2007 to 2009 and I had nothing but grief and frustration everytime I had service request. Freeman seems to work with you if the job/replacement parts will cost less than the $50 co-pay. In 2009 the AC unit in my rental property went out and Inhouse denied replacement/repair of the unit because the property was over 10 years old.
