My virus protection program with Trend Micro expired 11/10/10. I forgot to renew it, so on 11/29/10 I removed it from my computer and replaced it with protection from another company. I called TREND MICRO and told the representative what had happened. She said that the company would remove the charge from my credit card bill and would send me an agreement by email for me to sign.
