This company is so unbelieveably outrageous when it comes to customer sevice - there simply is none. After shipping out my Snuggies to the wrong address they offered a settlement, a $10 refund and shipping out my Snuggies to the correct address. Neither of these took place. When I went to the online status website it said they delivered the previous package to the correct address. They simply changed the address of record to the correct address and I am stuck out in the cold - $38+ and no Snuggies. RIP OFF. STAY AWAY.!!!
