On 1/22/11 I agreed to pay $96.00 for a home service appointment to repair a Sears Craftsman snowblower. The window of service was 1:00pm to 5:00pm on 1/25/11. The service team never arrived and I lost half a day of work. I complained to their email and the response was "Oh no" we are sorry you no longer want to be on our email list.
