I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever order from bobs furniture ever again. The customer service is terrible, noone there knows how to return a phone call or schedule a delivery, they don't even know how to place an order. I have sat on the phone on hold 3 times, once for 57 minutes, once for 40 minutes and once for an hour on top of waiting 3 hrs in the store for the order to be processed.
