I have been a customer of Dish for more than 2 years. Until now, I had been satisfied with their service. Recently, VOD and PPV movies started showing up on my bill -- but have never been purchased by me or anyone in my household. They were very nice the first time I called and told me how to lock my receiver so that I could not "accidentally" purchase movies.
