My father recently died. In settling his estate, I paid the balance on his Wells Fargo Reward Visa and asked about the thousands of accumulated reward points. I was gleefully told that the rewards forfeit immediately upon death. There is no clear disclosure upon what happens to the points in their discosure, I assume the forfeited amounts are used to pay the outrageoues bonuses to their thieving management.
