Blindsparts.com has terrible customer service and won't refund your money if they send the wrong item. I ordered several different sizes of BLACK blind cords from blindsparts.com. I received medium gray cords, instead. I sent an email to blindsparts.com and they never responded. So, I called them on the phone. Some guy named Albert answered the phone.
