I bought a TV from Amazon.com. There was a promotion for 0% interest for 12 months if I get an Amazon credit card managed by GE Money. I did not receive the card, I did not receive any conditions on that promotion. But I received the interest charge back to the first month after ... 6 months. It is the second time I have problems with GE Money. And the last time I do business with them. No mater what promotions they have!. They are false anyway.
