I bought a Christmas gift from this website. Item did not work out of the box. Informed the company and they sent me a list of suggested steps to fix it (take gun apart, test the electricity with a volt meter, etc). All ridiculous since the gun was brand new and the suggestion was I basically rebuild it. Told them no and they suggested I buy another gun so I could use that and have back up parts. Told them no and they said return the gun (I have to pay for postage) and there'll determine if it is broken. I'm going to return it but... read full review »
