I bought a Runflat Tyre Insurance policy when I bought the car from the dealer. The Tyre insurance company is called Auto Protect and they are based in Cambridge House, Cambridge Road Harlow, Essex, CM20 2EQ, UK. I recently had a puncture in my rear tyre (driver's side), the punctured tyre was newish with 6mm 7mm 6mm tread left.
