In June 2006 we refinanced and were placed with Ocwen. We made all payments on time through July 2008 when they transferred us to Saxon. In January 2009, Saxon rep called asking if we would be interested in a Modification under HAMP. I had recently taken a pay cut to keep my job and we began the application process.
