I ordered Wicked tickets for my children as Christmas gifts back in Sept. '10. Got a response from Broadway tickets that they would come from Windy City tickets. Windy City sent me an email that they would be here within 10 days of the January show. Had a FedEx tracking number too. I thought it was out of the ordinary not to get them right away but trusted that I would have them since FedEx would be delivering them.
