These people are a complete and utter fraud. They stole almost $2000 from my mom who is widowed and working extremely hard to keep her house. She went to them hoping they could help her with a loan modification to get her mortgage payments reduced each month. She initially put down about $500 and would pay incrementally from that point moving forward. They not only harassed her months regarding the remainder of their fee, but they did absolutely NOTHING to get the loan modified.
