I spoke to Jasmine Fleming about a week ago and asked to receive some information for my account. I requested that an invoice be faxed and/or emailed to me so that I could have proff of my bill and pay this thing off. She assured me that I would receive the info within the hour. It has been a week and i still haven't received what I requested. I'm tired of being put on hold and having to wait on the line for more than 20 minutes at a time.
