Beware of BankAtlantic's overdraft fees. If you have a check on hold (for more than enough funds to cover) and have $500 avaialalbe and 4 checks come through, they will always cash the largest one first so that you get charged the $35 fee for every transaction. They could put the smaller ones through first so that you woudl only get charged one fee for the large check, but instead they can't wait to charge you for evey single transaction. So you cuold be charge $35 for a $4.24 transaction because their policy is to put through the largest transaction first. BEWARE OF THE SCAM. read full review »
