I foolishly agreed to sign up for Just Energy through a salesman who showed up at my door after dark. He said I had 3 days to cancel without penalty, of which I immediately knew I wanted to do after signing up. My contract had a tear off portion on the back for canceling, it said the only way to cancel was to sign and mail in that form within three days. So I mailed it the next morning.
