Same thing happened to me. I joined the membership for a unlimited yearly downloads, they charged my account $200, and now I can't access, log in, OR contact them... all my emails are bouncing back. I received no copy of my transaction as proof of purchase so the bank will not help me. Money down the drain. read full review »
