I have worked at a few fine dining establishments in Charleston that take out the credit card fee from my tips. I believe it should be an operating cost of the restaurant not a fine of the employee. I think if people meant for the money to go to the restaurants operations they should make that available. I am sure that this is legal but it should not be. Can you tell me how many states and which ones consider this to be ILLEGAL and how do I get this to be considered in Charleston/ S. Carolina government. read full review »
