This charge showed up for the "bidandwin.com" website on my phone bill. It was in fact initated by Mobile Media Solutions. This is a scam, and if you call them and argue that it is a scam they have a number of rehearsed ways to deal with it, up to and including tell you that "the minute you click on the link to accept, you agree to be billed." This is NOT TRUE or LEGAL. Make them show you the T&C online. It will validate that it's not legal because there is nothing in there that says you agreed to be billed immediately... read full review »
