I am another Bank Of America VICTIM. Apparently my morage was taken over by BAC when Taylor Bean & Whittaker went under. I was NEVER notified of the take over and set my payment to be made as usual to TB&W in August, 2009. The harrassing phone calls and emails begain the last week in August. I finally was able to catch the incoming call. I explained that I never received a notice or an account number so how was I to make a payment when I was not aware of to whome it was to go to.
