Purchased a LG Washer on December 13, 2009. In February 2010, Sears sent a technician to replace a recall part and broke our washer. They came back three times to replace parts and could never fix the unit. Finally after 7 weeks they the local store agreed to replace the unit, assuring me that the new unit would have full 1 year warranty from replacement date of 05/04/2010. Machine broke again on January 23, 2011, now state warranty is no good and refuse to repair machine unless we pay for it. 30 year customer never buying from Sears again... read full review »
