I canceled trial membership. Parent company Meadowlark Limited proceeded to charge me $93.00/month recurring. The phone numbers provided are disconnected . My credit union canceled my debit card I used just to stop automatic billing. I wanted to access a utility but vendor didn't have the download link listed in the original search. On 7 November 2008 I authorized a one-time fee via MegaUpload to download a utility application. This one-time charge on my VISA debit card not was not to exceed $8.00 [see transaction history below]. I canceled my account on 9 November 2008. It looks like debits originate from a single merchant located in the UK dba as three separate online entities.
