I scheduled a showing for a 2006 Nissan Murano with these guys. I show up and they say the car "isn't ready" because its being "inspected." I ask them "why" and they said they do it on every car. Hour and a half later it shows up, turn signals don't work. He tells me his "mechanic" didn't have time to finish hooking up the wires and he'd give me $200 off.
