Standing in 15-degree weather, I got authorized to pump gas -- pump handle broken, it took me fifteen minutes for two gallons to be dispensed into my tank. Ridiculous. I complained inside -- it was freezing, couldn't lock the handle to auto-pump, absurdly slow fuel rate -- and the employee laughed and said, "yeah, yeah, yeah -- we've had a problem on that pump for years!"
