I went to Instant Tax Service on Metropolitan Pkwy on Monday January 17, 2011. I went there cause they claimed to be able to pull up W-2's without having to wait on them to come in the mail. Once I arrived, they were very busy and also very unprofessional. I decided to continue to wait for a tax preparer. I had already filled out my paperwork and after about 30 minutes of waiting got to a tax preparer named Latoya Thomas.
