Todd MacMillan owns and manages the online photo contest site "digitalimagecafe.com". He cancelled my membership fee immediately after I renewed it telling me that I had violated his site's terms of service but wouldn't say specifically what the violation was. Anyway, even if this was true, he should have simply refused to renew my membership fee instead of taking the money and then immediately canceling my membership.
