1 year ago I responded to a notification that my Norton anti-virus protection was out of date by renewing it online. I was unhappy that I did it in the first place because the original package gave protection for 3 computers, whereas the package I recieved when I renewed it only did one computer. I had no intentions of doing it again, and now I have recived a $99.00 charge on my credit card with the following reciept; NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL 180-068-0026 GB. I would like to be refunded the money as I have no intention of buying this product online ever again read full review »
