Rude customer service charged to much for closing costs. When I called CS they could not lift a finger regarding my questions on my current loan. I got an excellent rate, but paid for it big time with closing cost. The customer service is awful when i called about my margin and what index my payment would be adjusting too. they are rude They are money hungery people charging all these fees. They quoted my a 6-month index adjustment and when I received the paper work it ended up being the 1-year which will cost me more money in the long run. When i called back about it this man Will said there was nothing he could do about it. read full review »
