I purchased a sewing machine at Target and was unable to use it right away. When I did set it up the bobbin mechanism was broken. I knew I was at fault for not opening it right away but I had not been using the product. Target was completely unsympathetic and refused an exchange even though I would take a $70.00 loss. I spend $400.00 a month plus at Target (bank records to show amounts). I will not shop there again. It amazes me that Target is willing to lose thousands of dollars rather than allow an exchange that could have been returned to the manufacturer.
