This acct was closed on 10/13/08, and at that time there was a credit balance of $238.10. Its THREE months later and I still havent received my money. This is unacceptable since ATT is making a small fortune in interest while they deliberately hold on to my money. I am left with nothing but inconvenience and no compensation for the loss of my opportunity to get interest from the $238.10. Even offering a small credit balance would be better then nothing.
