I ordered my boots two weeks ago...Nothing!!! I have e-mailed them a total of six times, no response.I contacted my bank and found i was charged to a place called "Deckers Outlet", I did call this place which is listed and was told they recieve several phone calls per day about this web site, which is apparantly totally bogus!!! I am in the process of disputing this charge and have learned a valuable lesson, I will most definiyely check next time for contact information, there is virtually no way to contact these people which should have been a sign!!!I am very disappointed in myself and this website, what a letdown!!! read full review »
