This company deceives and lies to the customers. Please take notice of other complaints and DO NOT do business with this company. I bought a refurbished Garmin GPS with Bluetooth. The bluetooth did not work correctly so I returned it with all the paper work stating refund for defective item. Two weeks later a guy called and said he didn't receive any paperwork and wanted to know what to do about the unit.
