My story is the same as all of the other ones: quoted a price, sent the laptop in, and after 6 weeks was called with a quote of HALF of what was originally offered. They said my laptop had hinge problems, scuffing, etc, the list goes on and on. Believe me when I say it was in PERFECT condition. They must just have a list of things they choose from when saying there's damage. When I said "send it back", they pretty quickly paid me the original quote. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. You'd be much better off going with Gazelle or Toshiba Trade In. read full review »
