I purchased the powerleveling from 66-80 in dec 10, they said it would take 12 days...3 days after purchase i get email from blizzard account 24 hour suspension for using bots, I went thru chat service told them and there excuse was "we'll tell him to be more careful". 4 days after that, another e-mail, 3 hour suspension for in game spamming about trading stuff for real world currency.
