I've seen many complaints about MagicJack on-line service, and I have to agree that the agents are often clueless. After an extremely unproductive conversation with an agent and a supervisor I read through many of the other complaints. Among them I found one with an e-mail address: CustomerServiceMgr <[email protected]> Sending the whole text of my unproductive session to the above address at least produced a comprehensible response.
