This is how it felt: Living Social wanted to make a bunch of money. So they did this deal with Amazon, and they didn't really care how their customers were treated. They were not prepared for the traffic or the business. They didn't have enough people to respond to all the phone calls or emails. As a result of not putting their customers first, they have damaged their brand and credibility and now they are scrambling to make up for it. read full review »
