This company is a lying sack of you know what. It took 2 weeks to get my car repaired & for an authorization to be completed. They wouldn't cover the full amount of my rental. Then lied about calling to authorize a repair. I was without my car for 2 weeks and stuck with half of the rental bill because of the lies. Their customers service department *** too. I've never had to call a company so many times just to tell them how to do their freakin' JOB! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEIR LIARS! read full review »
