I ordered a rear differential for a repair on my 2003 f150. Staff at Basic assured me they had a part with 54, 000 miles and exactly the tag number I requested. Never sent order confirmation, shipped a 2002 part with 127, 000 miles and badly corroded, verbally confirmed the tag number but acual was completely different...all lies. I returned part to junkyard they had dropped ship from at my expense and per their web site instructions/guaranty and still have no credit fo $650.00!! Bait and switch.
