In November I earned $30 in reward points using my Citi Card and noticed on my monthly statement that this money was not added to my "Rewards Available". I spoke to three different people at Citi about this and they explained that I had already withdrawn the annual $300 limit of cash and told me that the $30 would be added back in on my January statement. That part was a lie. My January statement arrived and the $30 was not credited to the Rewards Available and a subsequent phone call revealed that I have just "lost" that money but to take solace in the fact that the clock is reset in 2011 and I can start all over at zero. read full review »
