DO NOT USE. This is the absolute worst textbook rental company. I ordered two books for school 1/11/2011 a precalc book and a physics book. I received the heavy precalculus book via UPS (I had paid for expedited shipping) on 1/19/2011. However, when the UPS undamaged box was opened, it only contained the precalc book, but packing slip had denoted 2 books had shipped.
