Made reservations for hotel. Wife very ill so called to cancel since there were 2 reservations on the same confirmation number, had to speak with a person. Took over 2 hours and 12 redials to get through after being cut off by time out on hold. Cancellation was 3 days before staying there so well outside property's time line. Charged a $25 fee for cancellation. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had as when got through, could hardly understand the person from The Phillapines.
