I e-filed my taxes through Turbo Tax on 1/16/2009. On 1/18/2009 my taxes were wrongly rejected because of an erroneous error code. Turbo Tax has known about this problem for at least 2 weeks and has failed to warn any of their customers. There are numerous false error codes causing taxes to be rejected. Turbo Tax keeps allowing people to pay them and file without any proactive action on their part. When I contacted them for a refund I was directed to a page which indicated that my $50.00 payment was non-refundable. read full review »
